At the
heart of our consultancy services is information flow analysis,
strategy and planning. Our analysis of the detail of the
communication and interaction links within the organisation sets up
the definition of the ICT systems. It also specifies, in terms of
the management and information objectives, what management expect
to be able to achieve with the information systems.
The
difference is this – whereas in the past management has been
expected to adapt to the capabilities of the ICT systems being
offered, they can now say to the ICT supplier “This is what we
expect you to enable us to do”.
Very
